DELIVERY

• We offer Free Delivery on Cart Value Above ₹1200.
  
• All orders are typically dispatched within Three working days once confirmed. 
• All shipments are shipped through trusted and registered courier partners.
• Order will be Delivered within 7-9 days, depending on your location, once Dispatched.
• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

Returns & Exchanges

We Accept Returns & Exchanges on All orders within 7 Days of Delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging,including all tags, documents, and the order invoice.

Return Shipping

• A return fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange as per your request.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• Our Every Order is carefully inspected before dispatch to meet our quality standards.
• However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

• Make unboxing video proof when reporting damage or defects.
• To request an exchange, email us at support@normie.in with the subject line: EXCHANGE.
• Include the following in your email:
  • Order Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Reason for Exchange
  • Photos of the item + Unboxing Video
• Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you promptly.
